Wedding in Birds Hill Park

When I saw Nicole sipping on a Mimosa  and giggling away as we arrived – I knew we were in for a good day!  She then pulled out her Bird Cage Vail and I could not wait to start shooting!

We had a great time with Nicole, Justin, their friends and family last Friday.  We started the day in Winnipeg, had their “First Meet” in the exchange with their beautiful small dog and then headed out to Birds Hill park for their wedding at Pine Ridge Hollow.

The weather was perfect, the exchange wicked as usual and I love the photos we captured out in the fields and at the beach.  You guys were awesome and we laughed a lot – at your friends and with your friends.  Thank you for that!

It was so relaxed and what I noticed is how all your friends and both families took time to just – mingle.  Too little of this is done at most weddings…

Thank you for having us be a part of your day.  I hope you enjoy your teazer and look forward to your comments.

Friends and family are invited to click on the link below to be notified when all the photos will be available for viewing in the online gallery.

PS. For photographers following my work – I shot most of the day on my 5D MK II with a 50 mm 1.4

Cathy mom of the groom and new mom to the bride - the wedding was exactly how we hoped it would be, beautiful, relaxed and all about the marriage of our children. The whole event was what being together with family and friends to celebrate special times and create new memories and be. A celbration we will never ever forget. The photographs captured the life of this special day. Thank you.
